Leading Through Technology

This program aims to enhance faculty competence in integrating technology into teaching, research and academic practices. This FDP introduces faculty to foundational AI concepts, educational applications and hands-on practice with emerging tools and technology. Sessions will cover AI-assisted teaching, research productivity tools, assessment automation and data-driven decision-making. Ethical considerations, responsible AI use and policy implications will also be addressed. Interactive workshops and demonstrations will enable participants to apply AI tools confidently in their academic practice
