Program Overview

The 4-day long program is envisaged as an immersive experiential approach to understanding the philosophical underpinnings, related to fear-free, competition-free, and learning-focused engagement between students and teaching fraternity.

Program Content

The 4-day program acquaints the HE faculty and other stakeholders to a holistic perspective to teaching-learning, and provides an opportunity to experience it as practiced at the Sahyadri School campus. The program methodology includes conversations, reflections, observation, reading, video screenings and other methods. Interaction with the Sahyadri School experts enhances the theoretical learning. The program sensitizes the participants to nuances of teacher-student relationship, healthy and open learning environments, and dignity of teachers and learners.
