Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your interest in participating in programs offered by Maharashtra State Faculty Development Faculty Academy (MSFDA), a Section 8 company under the Department of Higher and Technical Education, Maharashtra Government.
Please be informed of our refund policy outlined below:

1. Refunds: MSFDA does not entertain requests for refunds of registration fees. Once the registration for a program is completed and the payment is made, it is considered non-refundable. This policy applies to all participants, and no exceptions will be made.

2. Non-Transferable: Registrations for a particular program are strictly non-transferable. The registration for one program cannot be transferred to another program or to another individual under any circumstances.

3. Cancellation: In the event that a program is canceled by MSFDA due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be entitled to a refund of the registration fee. However, no refund will be provided for any other reason, including but not limited to participant cancellation or non-attendance.
