Program Overview
MSFDA is inviting individuals, groups of like-minded researchers and/or institutions to take up action-oriented research on selected MSFDA programs under ‘Shodh’ MSFDA Action Research Project. Action Research Project is an exercise with the intent to take a critical look at the selected programs from all angles. It is an interactive inquiry process that includes observations, interaction with stakeholders, discussions and analysis leading to a contextual understanding of a topic, subject or focus of the program and identification of critical aspects that may be specific to the region, institution and/or possible intervention.
“Shodh” Action Research project is an opportunity to engage in a collaborative learning process by interacting with various stakeholders relevant to the program and its implementation. Research-fellow/s will undergo an immersive experience of understanding capacity building programs by adopting “learn by doing” approach and will contribute to the quality enhancement of the program by developing/providing critical insights and developing new understandings in terms of content and process to achieve the aims of the program.
Broadly the researcher/s will build an understanding of higher education thereby further strengthening their professional ability and sensibility as a teacher-researcher.
